The award includes $200,000 in damages, with the rest going for arbitration costs and attorneys' fees. Lopez's lawsuit claimed that Noa had violated a previous lawsuit settlement preventing him from revealing private information about their relationship. The arbitrator also decided that a permanent injunction should be awarded against Noa that would bar him from "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement" to Lopez. Noa will be be directed to give Lopez or her attorney all copies of materials related to the book. The arbitration decision was disclosed when Lopez's attorney filed papers asking a Superior Court judge to confirm the award. Noa and Lopez, married in February 1997 and were divorced 11 months later. His unpublished, ghostwritten book alleges that during that time Lopez had multiple affairs, including one with her third and current husband, Marc Anthony, court documents indicated. Her lawsuit claimed Noa offered not to publish the book in return for $5 million. In 2004, Noa sued Lopez for breach of contract, claiming she lured him into taking a $1,000-a-week managerial job at her Pasadena restaurant and then fired him Five months later. Spears was spotted driving with the boys in the San Fernando Valley. A court-appointed monitor was in the passenger seat of the white Mercedes convertible, and her sons were in the back seat. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon had told Spears that she could not visit her two young children without a parenting coach present until she complies with a court order. Among other things, Gordon ordered her to undergo random weekly drug testing, citing evidence that Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."  A court commissioner granted Britney Spears three monitored visits a week with her two small sons while ordering her to childproof her house and work out a schedule for the visits with ex-husband Kevin Federline, according to a ruling made Tuesday. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon also required that Spears undergo random weekly drug and alcohol tests. Spears also must continue meeting with a court-appointed parenting coach, and the children must be in car seats when they are being driven, the ruling states. The ruling came after a three-hour hearing attended by both Spears and Federline. Extensive testimony was presented on a number of issues. Gordon previously said there was evidence that Spears is a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of drugs and alcohol. He had previously withdrawn approval for her to even visit the children after finding she had failed to comply with some conditions for shared custody.  Paris Hilton's humanitarian tour of Rwanda has been postponed by the foundation that organized the trip. "Due to the restructuring of the Playing for Good Foundation, the philanthropic trip to Rwanda that the foundation had previously planned with Paris Hilton has been postponed," the organization said in a statement. Playing for Good Foundation is a children's charity. On Hilton's itinerary were visits to schools and health-care clinics "Paris has been a loyal and gracious supporter of Playing for Good, but the foundation has to regrettably reschedule this trip," the organization said. "Playing for Good would like to thank Ms. Hilton for her generosity and her continued support of this initiative and is looking forward to rescheduling the trip with her at a later time." Hilton announced last month she was planning a trip to Rwanda, the scene of genocide in 1994, because she hoped she could raise awareness about what people can do to help those in need. The two sides agreed on a joint custody plan for their three children and a split of marital assets. Evans also agreed to pay ex-husband Craig Schelske alimony of at least $500,000 over 10 years. "Both parties are fully committed to raising their children in a cooperative and positive way. Both parties are loving and caring parents," said a brief statement filed with the court by the lawyers for both sides. "They request that everyone respect the family's privacy." Bridget Moynahan and ex-boyfriend, New England Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady are new parents. Moynahan and Brady split up late last year after a three-year relationship. Moynahan gave birth to the baby in Los Angeles, Moynahan's publicist Christina Papadapoulos said in a statement. "Both mother and baby are doing well," she said. Brady's whereabouts weren't known. He wasn't on the field or sidelines for the first 15 minutes of practice and Patriots spokesman Stacey James said he didn't know when Brady would rejoin the team. Brady had said earlier this week that he would like a few days off for the birth of his first child, calling the event "a very joyous, happy situation." Paris Hilton has reached a settlement in a $10 million defamation lawsuit between her and diamond heiress-actress Zeta Graff. In the suit, Graff claimed that Hilton spread "vicious lies" about her to the media in 2005. Both sides reached an "amicable resolution," but the details were kept confidential, according to a statement released by Graff's attorney, Bruce Broillet. "Both parties are glad that the matter could be resolved without the time and expense of a trial," Broillet said in the statement. In the suit, Graff claimed that Hilton spread the lies about her to the New York Post. The Post reported that Graff, who once dated Hilton's then-fiancee, Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis, went "berserk" at a nightclub, tried to strangle Hilton and attempted to steal her diamond necklace. Graff denied the report and claimed that Hilton said, "I'm going to destroy you" after trying to oust her from the club, according to the suit. Hilton denied that she was behind the report. Hilton's former publicist, Rob Shuter, said in a deposition that Hilton asked him to help plant the story and that he gave the paper comments, dictated by Hilton, that he attributed to himself, Hilton and anonymous sources.
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been caught taking drugs in rehab.
She was allegedly forced to undergo a drug test by the staff at Utah's Cirque Lodge facility, and the results came back positive.
Lohan has now been warned if she does not stay clean she will be thrown out of the center.
A source claims, "Lindsay got called into the director's office and was questioned about drugs. When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn't conform to the program she'd have to leave."
According to reports, this is not Lohan's first indiscretion since entering Cirque Lodge earlier this month.
She was reportedly caught having sex in a toilet stall with a male patient, who is also at Cirque for drug rehab. She is reportedly frequently late to meetings and refuses to do any chores or menial tasks such as toilet cleaning duties.
Lohan entered the rehab center following her arrest after a high-speed car chase in Santa Monica. She was in possession of cocaine when she was taken into custody.
Last week, Lindsay pleaded guilty to two charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance (cocaine) and pleaded no contest to two charges of DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol). She also pleaded no contest to one charge of reckless driving.
After entering her plea bargain, she was sentenced to one day in jail and 36 months probation for her offences and ordered to undergo an 18-month alcohol rehabilitation program.
This is Lohan's third stint in rehab. She previously stayed at the Wonderland and Promises facilities in Los Angeles.

Spears' lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went to court with the final papers to get a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to sign-off on the settlement, making the divorce final. Wasser will make a motion to keep the custody and spousal support orders secret. Federline is reportedly receiving $15,000 a month from Spears for child support. He's also reportedly getting $20,000 a month in spousal support, but that's based on the prenup, and it appears the alimony payments will come to an end in November. As for custody arrangement for the couple's two sons, it will stay at 50/50. Neither Spears nor Federline are happy with the custody arrangement, and either of them can go back to court and ask for a change. Federline won't even speak to Spears, so they will probably be back in court asking the judge to make decisions about child rearing. Nicole Richie quietly went to jail to serve her sentence for DUI while the spotlight was on Lindsay Lohan.
Richie checked herself into Lynwood jail, where Paris did her time, and she left a free woman after 82 minutes.
According to the official website of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Dept., Richie checked in at 3:15 PM and was released at 4:37 PM. She was assigned to a cell for only 35 minutes.
Richie was sentenced to four days in jail for driving the wrong way on a Los Angeles freeway while under the influence. She was given credit for 1 day because she was in jail for 6 hours after her arrest.
A Sheriff's source says Richie was routinely processed and released according to normal operating rules. Overcrowding was a major factor in her early release.
The Sheriff's Department released a statement regarding the 82-minute incarceration of Nicole Richie:
"On August 23 2007, at 3:15 PM Miss Nicole Camille Richie reported to CRDF and surrendered herself following a July 27 arrest, she was sentenced to serve 96 hours in County Jail. Miss Richie was accompanied by her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley and her boyfriend Joel Madden. Miss Richie was booked and processed into the jail system. Miss Richie was cooperative during the process. Based on her sentence and federal court guidelines, Miss Richie was released at 4:37 PM."
Lindsay Lohan is being sued for assault and negligence by a woman who was a passenger in a car Lohan is accused of chasing while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Lohan "put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life," Tracie Rice said in a statement after the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
"What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening," Rice said.
The lawsuit also alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress. It seeks unspecified damages and also payment of medical and other expenses related to emotional distress.
Lohan was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence and with a suspended license and felony cocaine possession after the pre-dawn chase that ended in Santa Monica.
The lawsuit doesn't provide a reason for the chase. However, two men who claim they were unwilling passengers in the car driven by Lohan have said she was upset with her former assistant, the daughter of Michelle Peck.
Peck was driving the vehicle carrying Rice.
Rice "was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed," the lawsuit said.
Peck finally drove through a barricade and into the parking lot at the Santa Monica Civic Center next to police headquarters and the sport utility vehicle followed, the lawsuit said.
Rice got out and ran toward police officers and saw a woman, who turned out to be Lohan, run from the SUV toward her, she contended.
"Police officers approached all of them with guns drawn," the lawsuit said.
Lohan was arrested a short time later.
